Resolving Conflicts: Employer(Client) vs. Free Agent(Contract Employee)

Not that it's likely to be common, but how does FAS deal with conflicts between free agents and the client? With traditional staffing agencies, the client complains, and they pull you and give the client someone else. Is it much different at FAS?
Every Free Agent is responsible for his or her relationship with the client. This is what we mean when we say, "You own your relationships with your clients". Most issues will be resolved directly between Free Agent and Client. Sometimes, the Free Agent and Client may not be able to resolve differences and as a result, the Free Agent may choose to no longer work for the Client, or the Client may choose to no longer engage the services of the Free Agent.
The Free Agent or Client should communicate this directly to the other party. The Free Agent will simply stop performing work at an agreed date and conduct an appropriate, professional hand-over of any work in progress. The contract between FAS and the Client will remain in place.
As part of our orientation process for both Free Agents and Clients, we explain they should discuss and attempt to resolve all issues directly without involving FAS.
Free Agents or Clients may choose to contact FAS to assist with resoution. These requests will be handled as fairly as possible according to the issues presented and objective information available. Essentially, FAS endeavors to preserve professional relationships equally with Free Agents and Clients.
